In this course, you will integrate insights from systems thinking, adult learning theory, neuroscience and relationship systems theory into your facilitation practice. Alchemy blends science with practical experience and energy, creating a learning environment that is both intellectually rich and immediately applicable.
A core focus of the programme is co-delivery. The alchemy between two skilled facilitators or leaders creates something unique: a deeper connection with participants, an atmosphere of energy and psychological safety, and a learning experience that leads to real and lasting change. When two facilitators truly work in sync, the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.
In three days you will explore how to design and deliver impactful learning experiences together, while strengthening the relationship between co-leaders and the groups they work with.
